I have worked as a photographer now for a few years, turning what was a hobby into a way of earning a living. However, photography is just an opinion. Not everyone will like a photograph and this to me is what makes this job so much fun.

My style of photography is changing as well, particularly with regards to shooting people. I am increasingly doing more black and white photography but still enjoy using rich colours and bringing the best features out of any person is a challenge.

My commercial work has always been dominated by landscapes but I really enjoy photographing people, whether it is for model portfolios, adverts or just plain old memories.

The digital revolution of the last few years has meant that photography is now open to the lot more people and getting your pictures taken is now both easier and cheaper.
